Interested in winning a Pizza Party for you and your friends? Throw your fastest pitch at UT Athletics’ Forty Acres Fastball Challenge!
The UT student who clocks the fastest pitch speed will win a Pizza Party for 10.
Date: Tuesday, April 30 (immediately following the Texas Baseball vs. Prairie View A&M game)
Time: 6 p.m.
Location: UFCU Disch-Falk Field
In order to pitch, you must be among the first 75 to register by Monday, April 29 at 4 p.m. Register by emailing: SOBs@athletics.utexas.edu
On game day, bring your UT ID to request a ticket at the UFCU Disch-Falk Field box office. Make sure to check-in on the concourse behind home plate with a valid UT student ID between 6-7 p.m. to pitch!
Immediately following the game, participants will pitch from the pitcher’s mound! Other great prizes will be awarded to the top male and female competitors.
Don’t miss this unique opportunity to test your skills from the mound at UFCU Disch-Falk Field! Remember, all LASP holders receive free admission to 2013 Texas Baseball regular season home games.
