Research Study At Facebook Austin Looking For International Student Volunteers

The user operations department at the Facebook Austin office is looking for students and faculty from either Vietnam or the Philippines to share about their Facebook online experience in 1:1 interviews or focus groups.

The purpose of this study is to learn about Southeast Asian Facebook users and the languages they speak in order to better understand specific issues faced on site and come up with more tailored solutions. Interviews would take place at the Facebook Austin office and focus on questions involving language, on line experience, and culture and take no more than 1 hour. So if you have lived in Vietnam or the Philippines for more than 5 years of your life and are fluent in the languages spoken in these countries, then please send an email to Jennifer Huang (Jenniferh@fb.com). It should be a lot of fun and informative all around!
