Cost Sharing Events to Benefit YALI

The International Office at the University of Texas at Austin and Students for Wema invite you to two events that will benefit The Young African Leadership Initiative (YALI).

On April 22 from 5 to 10 pm, Campus Candy will donate a portion of their profits to benefit YALI. Additionally, on Tuesday, April 29 from 5 to 10 pm, Pluckers will donate a portion of their profits. The more people who attend these events, the more funds will be donated. Please invite your friends! You must say they are with “Student for Wema” for the credit to be applied.

What is YALI?

The Young African Leadership Initiative program is designed to bring emerging entrepreneurs from Sub-Saharan Africa to the Forty Acres. Here, the young scholars will further develop the skills they need to shape the future of their continent—and the world.
