Did you know that lack of sleep is one of the top factors affecting UT students’ academic performance?  With the school year over and summer ahead, now is the perfect time to improve your sleep habits.  Here is a little inspiration:

  • This Sleep Project video documents kids’ thoughts on their dreams.  Let them inspire you to get some deep sleep of  your own.
