Do you like movie screenings? Are you the person who always wants to delve deeper into a film’s subtext? Do you wish you could ask the director questions about the why and how of a character’s actions or emotions?
If you answered yes to any of the above questions, the FREE screenings of Imperial Dreams and Little Accidents are events you won’t want to miss! These amazing films premiered at the 2014 Sundance Film Festival and were selected to be a part of the 2015 Film Forward program. Film Forward is a touring program that promotes cultural dialogue and universal ideas through screenings to international and domestic audiences. Screening attendees have the rare opportunity to open conversations with film directors Malik Vitthal (Imperial Dreams) and Sara Colangelo (Little Accidents) in extended Q&A sessions about the films.
Imperial Dreams will be shown Monday, February 23, 2015 at 7:30 p.m. and Little Accidents will be shown Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at 7:30 p.m. Both screenings will be shown in partnership with the Austin Film Society at local Austin venue The Marchesa at 6226 Middle Fiskville Road, Austin, Texas 78752.
