Can you believe it? We’re in the final stretch of the semester! Though we’re sad to see some of you move on, we’re overly excited for your journey beyond UT. To celebrate the end of classes (and to take a relaxing breather just before finals!), why not join the International Office on our final excursion of the semester on Saturday, May 7th as we cruise on down to Corpus Christi?
All hands on deck! Our first stop in Corpus Christi will be the USS Lexington, the oldest aircraft carrier in the world. The ship saw extensive service through World War II and beyond but today serves as a museum. Take a tour and get a glimpse of what it’s like to be a U.S. sailor at sea!
Following our tour, we’ll come ashore for a fun-filled day at Corpus Christi’s pristine North Beach. You can soak up some rays on the sand & take a dip in the bay, explore marine life at the Texas State Aquarium, and indulge in some delicious seafood at one of the many restaurants right on the beach.
The trip takes place Saturday, May 7th from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. The $80 price includes transportation, admission to the USS Lexington, and snacks throughout the trip. Purchase your ticket at the International Office Online Store today!
