The International Office is excited to announce that all of the scholarship applications have moved to an online submission system! This new online system should reduce overall paper waste, minimize time spent applying, and make it much easier to get your application submitted on time. Visit our website (https://world.utexas.edu/isss/students/financial-aid) to review all the financial aid opportunities available from the International Office for international students
Scholarship applications are not able to be altered once submitted. For this reason, it is important to input accurate information when applying. In order to aid you with this process, the application will automatically save your work as you progress through, so you can pick up where you left off if you need more time. Additionally, you will be shown a response summary before your final submission so you may review and update any answers as necessary.
A new feature of this new online scholarship submission system will be the ability to submit personal statements, bank statements, and any other required documentation via an online uploader. All documents must uploaded in either a .zip file or a single .pdf file. To help us keep the information organized, please follow the naming instructions below for your various files.
- If you are submitting a .zip file with your other documents contained inside, be sure to name the .zip file and documents contained within the .zip file as follows:
Naming the .zip File | |
Naming System | Example |
eid.NameOfScholarship | pnb255.LovingdeDiaz |

The applications themselves should be fairly self-explanatory, but if you do have any questions regarding the applications themselves or the scholarships, please feel free to email intlfinaid@austin.utexas.edu.
That is great!
Hello Phuoc,
For some reason, the link to the application is not going through and it is sending me to an “URL is incorrect” page. Could you please provide us with the right link? Thanks
