If you are on the Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP), then please read on..
This information does not apply to students currently covered under the UT Select employee health insurance.
All current students on SHIP are eligible to add dependents (spouse/children) to their plan. If you would like to add dependents to your plan, please complete the Dependent Enrollment form and upload using our secure uploader.
All current students on SHIP are also eligible to add dental coverage to their plan. If you would like to add dental coverage to your plan, please complete the Dental Enrollment form and upload using our secure uploader.
THE DEADLINE TO SUBMIT A DEPENDENT OR DENTAL ENROLLMENT FORM IS
OCTOBER 1, 2018 BY 5:00 PM!
Don’t forget: Dependent (spouse/children) and dental insurance enrollments must be renewed each semester (fall, spring, and summer).
