Travel Signature Information
Traveling internationally over the break? You must have a current travel signature on your I-20/DS-2019 to re-enter the U.S. from abroad. The travel validation signature is on Page 2 of the I-20 and on Page 1 (bottom right corner) of the DS-2019. The most recent signature must have happened within the last 12 months from the date you re-enter the U.S. (or 6 months if you are on F-1 Post-Completion OPT or STEM OPT).
The ISSS Travel Signature Drive is a great opportunity to stop by to get a new signature on your I-20 or DS-2019. No appointment is necessary, but be sure to bring your most recent I-20/DS-2019 form.
If the travel signature spaces on your I-20/DS-2019 are full, then submit a request for a new document through myIO (see below). We are not able to reprint documents at the Travel Signature Drive.
Travel Signature Drive details:
Wednesday, Dec. 15, 10:00 a.m.–noon
Location: FAC 430
Can’t make it to the Travel Signature Drive? Ran out of travel signature spaces on your I-20/DS-2019? No problem! You can simply request an updated I-20/DS-2019 with a new travel signature through myIO. Just log into myIO> F-1/J-1 Student Services > I-20/DS-2019 Travel Signature Request.
