I am an entering freshman from the UK entering this fall. Would I be eligible to apply for and receive the Jerry Wilcox scholarship if I applied now or is it limited to continuing students? Currently I am funding the majority of this coming academic year through external private loans, and I would appreciate any form of financial aid to help my UT education!

The Jerry Wilcox Scholarship is currently limited to those who have completed at least 2 academic semesters at UT prior to Fall 2016. As an incoming student, you would not meet this requirement.
Unfortunately, i cannot open the link given above. Can you send me the application form via emails?
